What does the percentage on my dashboard actually mean?

Flavio works through your site in cycles, focusing on one area at a time. For example, your metadata, then your content, then your Google Business Profile.

Each cycle takes up to 24 hours to complete, and when it hits 100%, Flavio moves on to the next area and the bar resets to start tracking that one.

After your first full round through all the areas, Flavio switches to a slower, ongoing rhythm: checking each area roughly every 72 hours instead of every 24. That's expected too: your site needs the most attention right after you connect it, and less after that.

So if you see the bar climb toward 100% and then drop back down, it doesn't mean something reset or failed, it just means Flavio finished one area and started the next.
